01
The brief
The idea was a hiring brand that sounds human in a category full of jargon. We built the brand, the story and the product screens around one promise: hire great people without the paperwork.
02
What we changed
- 02.1
A new name, wordmark and icon, drawn as lightweight SVG.
- 02.2
Copy rewritten from feature lists into a hiring journey, from first conversation to first day.
- 02.3
Working FAQs, team tabs, a mobile menu and an enquiry form.
- 02.4
Avatars resized to the size they are shown at, removing about 780 KB from the page.
03
Key decisions
- 03.1
Talk like a person
Headlines speak to hiring managers in their own words, not in product terms.
- 03.2
Clear about samples
Pricing, results and reviews are labelled as illustrative, so nothing reads as a real claim.
- 03.3
Keyboard first
Tabs, accordions and dialogs all work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Every build is checked against Google Lighthouse and current web best practices for speed, accessibility, and search before it goes live.
